The following refund policy applies to You & Yours Interiors design packages completed by Allegra Muzzillo, principal of You & Yours Interiors, LLC.
Consultations & Meetings
Need to cancel a consultation or meeting? We get it, things happen. We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice by either calling/texting (917) 482-4071 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll make every effort to reschedule the consultation/meeting to a mutually convenient date and time. However, if a client fails to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, or fails to provide us with any notice at all, we may not be able to reschedule the consultation/meeting—and we will not refund the cost of the scheduled consultation. In addition, once an in-home consultation has occurred, its $95 fee is non-refundable.
Interior Design Projects
Interior design projects move forward with a certain momentum that is beneficial to the client, and to the project itself. Clients have a 24-hour grace period within which to cancel any design project offered by You & Yours Interiors before it enters its initial design phase, or 24 hours from the time of purchase. After 24 hours or more have elapsed since the purchase, refunds and/or cancellations will not be accepted.
There are no refunds or returns for digitally downloaded packages and/or documents: Once access to a digitally downloadable product has been granted, You & Yours Interiors will not process refunds and/or cancellations.
Upholstery Projects in Brooklyn, NY
We work with an outside vendor who we know and trust—and he does impeccable work. We require you to pay 50% of the project fee (see your official invoice) upfront. The remaining 50% of the project fee is due within 24 hours of your furniture’s pickup and/or delivery. If for some reason you’re unhappy with the final result, we promise to advocate the right fix so you walk away feeling good about the result.
But: If you simply hate the fabric you’ve chosen without previously asking/paying for us to choose for you (we offer optional fabric selection/sample procurement for a fee), we will not be responsible for any costs associated with fabric replacement.
